1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 997jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 997jl website, mobile browser interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 997jl platform, or using any of the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Accessing the Services from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 997jl:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the 997jl platform;

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 997jl and its affiliated entities;

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 997jl Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 997jl for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 997jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 997jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 997jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 997jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 997jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification

997jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

997jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 997jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 997jl PHP wallet in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within 30 minutes of confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 30 minutes. 997jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

997jl is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 997jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities and to suspend accounts pending investigation where AML concerns arise.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 997jl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

997jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

997jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by regulatory directive.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the 997jl platform, including slots, bingo, and fishing games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 997jl server, the server record shall prevail.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other events, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. 997jl reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or where a pricing error has occurred.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 997jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 997jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 997jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 997jl staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or to 997jl's systems;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 997jl platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 997jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 997jl platform without the prior written consent of 997jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 997jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

997jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 997jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 997jl

997jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, 997jl may withhold any balance pending investigation.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 997jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications.

11. Responsible Gaming

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 997jl's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 997jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
